Gomutra Haritaki Tablets Aur Shariah Ruling: Yeh product gomutra (gaay ka peshab) aur Haritaki se banta hai. Obesity, digestion, skin diseases ke liye use hota hai. Hanafi, Shafi'i aur Jumhur (majority) scholars ke nazdeek gaay ka peshab najis aur haram hai. Isliye yeh tablet istemal karna jaiz nahi. Kuch Hanbali scholars aur Imam Muhammad (Hanafi ke shagird) ke nazdeek halal janwar ka peshab paak hai, isliye unke nazdeek yeh jaiz ho sakta hai. Darul Uloom Deoband ka saaf fatwa hai ki gaay ka peshab najis hai aur aisi company ki dawaon ka istemal jaiz nahi. Agar company core product mein gomutra use karti hai to poora business mashkook ho jata hai, chahe uska percentage kitna bhi kam ho. AAOIFI ka 5% rule sirf incidental (ittefaqi) haram income par lagta hai, core product par nahi. Company product-wise revenue disclose nahi karti, isliye Gomutra Haritaki ka exact % pata nahi chalta. Agar AAOIFI maante ho aur pata chal jaye ki yeh product total revenue ke 5% se kam hai, to company halal ho sakti hai, lekin us hisse ko charity se purify karna hoga. Agar Deoband maante ho to percentage se farq nahi padta, company mashkook rahegi. Aakhri Faisla: Bina product-wise data ke halal ya haram confirm nahi ho sakta. Sabse behtar yeh hai ki apne maslak ke mustanad mufti se pooch kar faisla karo.”

Formula: (Bank Deposits & FDs + Bonds & Debt Securities + Other Impure Income) Ć· Total Revenue Ć 100. Includes all interest earned by the company (from bank fixed deposits, savings balances, debt instruments, and debentures) along with unpurified non-operating returns inspected directly from financial statement notes to accounts (Note 30 / 35). Pure operational revenue is strictly segregated from non-operating returns. The standard screening threshold limit must be strictly less than or equal to 5.00% per leading national and international Shariah advisory standards.
